Imagine having a 5 course menu designed for yourself and your friends by Raffles Hotel’s very own Executive Chef, Stuart Laws (from Channel 9’s “Our State on a Plate”).

He will be showcasing the best produce available from the Great Southern region of Western Australia and what’s more is that each course will be paired with wines from 3drops Winery. This exclusive and intimate night of fine dining will also host 3drops wine producer Joanne Bradbury so you are sure to be in for a night of decadent service and taste.

You will taste a collection of 3drops wines including some carefully selected aged Riesling’s and Pinot Noir. You will be given some great insider tips and knowledge of this area and it’s sensational produce.
